Is there a minimum order value?

There is no minimum order value at Exagon.

 

Is there a maximum order value?

There is basically no maximum order value at Exagon. However, only certain types of payment may be available for orders over CHF 250 or EUR 200.

 

Can I also place an order if I don't live in Switzerland or Germany?

To purchase items from Exagon, the billing and delivery address does not necessarily have to be in Switzerland, Germany or Austria. Advance payment is, however, required for deliveries to all other countries.

 

How do I edit my shopping cart?

Click on the shopping cart icon on the screen and you will be taken to your shopping cart, where your selected products are displayed. As long as the order has not been submitted, you can edit your shopping cart at will. Please check before submitting your order whether you want to add more products, as this is no longer possible after you have made your purchase.

 

Can I add more items to my shopping cart after sending my order?

After completing your order, it is not possible to add or remove products to/from your web shop order. We would thus ask you to phone us or send us an e-mail in such a case so that we can adapt your order accordingly.

Can I change my delivery and/or billing address, even after the purchase has been made?

It isn't possible to change your address online after order completion for that particular order. If you have to change the billing or delivery address, please notify us immediately by phone or e-mail.

Can I cancel my order?

It is not possible to cancel an order on the website. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us by phone or e-mail immediately. A change or cancellation will not be possible if your order has already been dispatched.

How do I order a voucher?

Notify us by e-mail or phone of the desired amount, the name of the person receiving the gift voucher and the billing and delivery address. We will then send you the corresponding voucher and the invoice as rapidly as possible. Please note that the voucher will only be valid after payment has been received. Vouchers are valid for at least two years as of the date of the invoice.

How do I redeem a voucher?

If you wish to redeem a voucher, please state this under "Comments" on the order and then post the voucher to us without delay. The corresponding amount will then be deducted from your invoice.
